Sharing
Information may be
exchanged with credit bureaus and similar organizations,
provided when legally required or permitted, or in connection
with a fraud investigation.
If we receive a subpoena
or similar legal process demanding release of any information
about you, we will generally attempt to notify you (unless
we believe we are prohibited from doing so). Except as required
by law or as described above, we do not share information
with other parties, including government agencies.
Farm Credit Services
of East Central Oklahoma does not share any customer information
with third party marketers offering their products and services.

have your name taken off all pre-approved credit solicitations
(not just Farm Credit of East Central Oklahoma solicitations),

How we handle e-mail
We preserve the
content of your e-mail, your e-mail address and our response
so that we can more efficiently handle any follow-up questions
you may have. We also do this to meet legal and regulatory
requirements. If we think that a particular Farm Credit
Services of East Central Oklahoma account or service might
apply to your situation, we may occasionally contact you
at your e-mail address to inform you of potential benefits
and availability.

secure, and confidential information should not be included.
Likewise, since our response back to you

We gather and analyze
data regarding usage of our web site, including domain name,

Statement
Your
privacy is important to us. We want you to know that we
hold your financial and other personal information in strict
confidence. Since
1972, Farm Credit Administration (“FCA”) regulations have
forbidden the directors and employees of Farm Credit institutions
from disclosing personal borrower information to others
without your consent.
We do not sell or trade our customers’ personal information
to marketing companies or information brokers.
FCA
rules allow us to disclose customer information to others
only in these situations:

We
may give it to another Farm Credit institution that
you do business with.

We
can be a credit reference for you with other lenders
and provide information to a credit bureau or other
consumer-reporting agency.

We
can, and in some cases are required to, provide information
in certain types of legal or law enforcement proceedings.

FCA
examiners
may review loan files during regular examinations of
our association.

If one of our employees applies to become a licensed real estate
appraiser, we may give copies of real estate appraisal
reports to the State agency that licenses appraisers
when required. We will first remove as much personal
information from the appraisal report as possible.
