Dan Childs, Board Chairman

Three-year term expiring in May 2013. Occupation – Farming/Ranching operation in Johnston County and employed as an Agricultural Economist with the Noble Foundation. Accredited member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, member of Johnston County Industrial Authority Board, Oklahoma Farm Bureau, Oklahoma Cattleman’s Association, National Association of Enrolled Agents, Gideons International and Mannsville First Baptist Church. He is the Association’s District Farm Credit Council and Stockholders Advisory Committee representative.

Bob Eubanks, Board Vice Chairman

Three-year term expiring in May 2013. Occupation – Farmer/Rancher. Former Vocational Technology Education teacher for Welch Schools. Member of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association, Welch Baptist Church, Northeast Oklahoma Rural Electric Trust Board, and Oklahoma Farm Bureau.  Co-owner with son of Eubanks-Jorgenson Equipment.

Jimmie Jarrell, Director

Three-year term expiring in May 2012. Occupation - Farmer/Rancher. Serves on the Garvin County Conservation District Board of Directors. He is a member of the Board of Education, Stratford Public Schools and President of the Stratford Public Schools Educational Foundation. Member of East Main Church of Christ and American Farmers and Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company.

Billy Wilson, Director

Three-year term expiring in May 2012. Occupation - Registered Land Surveyor, Farmer/Rancher. Member of the Board of Directors of the Haskell County Conservation District. Former president of the National Association of Conservation Districts. Member of the Board of Directors of U.S. LandCare, Topographic Land Surveyors of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors, Conservation Technology Information Center, American Farmers and Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company, Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association, American Quarter Horse Association, National Cattlemen's Beef Association, and American Limousine Association. Attends the Antioch Baptist Church in Stigler, Okla.

Jimmy Eller, Director

Three-year term expiring in May 2012. Occupation - Farmer/Rancher. Member of Oklahoma Farm Bureau and Muskogee County Farm Bureau, East Central Electric Co-op Board of Directors, Freewill Baptist Church of Keefeton, and Oktaha Board of Education. 

Jim Freeny, Director

Three-year term expiring in May 2012. Occupation - Rancher and Retired County Commissioner of McCurtain County after 8 years of service. Graduate of Oklahoma State University with a masters degree in Agricultural Education, taught Vo-Ag for 16 years, president of McCurtain County Cattleman’s Association, member of Farm Bureau, and the Church of Christ, board member of Sevier County Cooperative and life member of American Quarter Horse Association.

Gary Bledsoe, Director

Three-year term expiring in May 2011. Occupation - Farmer/Rancher in Lincoln County.  He is retired from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture but continues to work on a contract basis as a consultant in rural economic development; recruiting companies, assisting the expansion of existing companies and encouraging new business creation in Oklahoma. Gary serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Cross Timber Prescribed Burn Association and is a board member of the Lincoln County Conservation District.  He has served as President of the National Market News Association and the National Livestock Grading and Marketing Association. Gary officiates numerous 4-H/FFA Commercial Cattle Grading demonstrations and contests throughout the state.

Don Morris, Director

Three-year term expiring in May 2011. Occupation - Rancher. Retired Agricultural Education Instructor from Bryan County.  Don and his wife Michi and son Cooper operate a crossbred cow operation and run stocker steers on 850 acres of owned land and 950 acres of leased pasture.  Don serves as Vice President of the Caddo School Board, and board member of the Bryan County  Conservation District and Bryan County Fair Board. Don is also active in the 4-H and FFA booster clubs, and enjoys going to the lamb and hog shows with Cooper.  He supports the school sports teams.  Don and his family are members of the Caddo Nazarene Church.

Wayne Johnson, Director

Three-year term expiring in May 2013. Occupation - Farmer/Rancher. Member of Oklahoma Soybean Association, Ottawa County Cattlemen’s Association, Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association, Ottawa County Farm Bureau, OSU Alumni and Afton First Baptist Church.

Ross Love, Appointed Director

Three-year term expiring May 2011. Occupation – Serves as  Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service Assistant Director for Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development. In that role, he provides statewide programmatic leadership to those programs. He also provides leadership to OCES budgeting, planning, and reporting. Prior to his present position, Ross was a professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics specializing in Agricultural Finance. Ross is the developer and coordinator of Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service's IFMAPS project and a co-developer of the IFFS financial planning software. He taught a junior-senior level class in Agricultural Finance for 15 years. Ross has a B.S. from Cornell University and a Masters and PhD from Michigan State University in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Management. He has been at OSU since 1982.

R. Dale McDaniel, Appointed Director

Three-year term expiring May 2012. Occupation – Currently self-employed as a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, having established his practice after retiring from the Internal Revenue Service in 1998.  In addition, he is associated with Fidelis Group, LLC and James Management Group, that provides various types of investigative, accounting, tax, and related services to the business and legal community.  He has extensive training in Income Tax Law, Criminal Investigative Procedures, Money Laundering, Asset Seizure and Forfeiture, Bank Secrecy Act, Employment Recruitment, and Classroom Instruction. 

Dale received his B.S. degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1970 with a double major in Accounting and Management. Dale also is a Licensed Private Investigator.

Roger Moore, Director

Three-year term expires in May 2012. Occupation - Rural mail carrier, Farmer/Rancher. Serves as vice president of the Mayes County Farm Bureau. Member American Angus Association, Mayes County Cattlemen’s Association, Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association, National Cattlemen’s Association, Mayes County Farm Bureau, Chouteau FFA Alumni, and Pleasant View Baptist Church.

Marvin Novak, Director

Three-year term expiring May 2011. Occupation - Farmer/Rancher. Vice president of the East Canadian County Soil Conservation District and serves on the WAGG Board for Conservation of North Canadian River and the Canadian Valley Technology Center Foundation Board. Marvin, who graduated with a degree in Industrial Arts, volunteers for Compassionate Hands, is an active member of West Point Christian Church, belongs to the Canadian County Farm Bureau and two bridge clubs.
