Ross Love

 

 

                                                       

                                                        Appointed Director.  Three-year term expiring May 2008.  Occupation – Serves as the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service Assistant Director for Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development. In that role, he provides statewide programmatic leadership to those programs.  He also provides leadership to OCES budgeting, planning, and reporting. Prior to his present position, Ross was a professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics specializing in Agricultural Finance.  Ross is the developer and coordinator of Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service's IFMAPS project and a co-developer of the IFFS financial planning software.  He taught a junior-senior level class in Agricultural Finance for fifteen years.  Ross has a B.S. from Cornell University and a Masters and PhD from Michigan State University in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Management.  He has been at OSU since 1982.

John Poindexter

 

 

                                                       

                                                     

                                                        President - has over 26 years experience with Farm Credit.  John received his associate’s degree from Murray State College in 1978 and his bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Oklahoma State University in 1980.  Following a year of grad school, John began his career with Farm Credit in May 1981 at the Pauls Valley Farm Credit office, where he held various job duties.  In 1998, he assumed the duties of Vice President – Operations of the Association and was the Executive Vice President serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Credit Officer for the association from 2002 to February 2007.  John served as Acting President from February 18, 2007 to April 2007 when he was named President/CEO.

Dennis Green

 

 

                                                       

                                                        

                                                        Chief Credit Officer - has over 29 years experience with Farm Credit.  Dennis graduated from Oklahoma State University receiving his bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics in May, 1978.  Upon graduation he began his career with Farm Credit and has worked in various Farm Credit offices throughout Oklahoma and, for a short time, in Dodge City, Kansas.  Dennis was previously in charge of the Association’s internal credit and operations review program until May 2007 when he assumed the duties of Chief Credit Officer.

Shirley Allen

 

 

                                                       

                                                        Vice President Administration - has over 29 years experience with Farm Credit.  Shirley began her Farm Credit career in 1978 working for the District Bank in Wichita Kansas and relocated in 1980 to Broken Arrow transferring to the Association.  She has held various positions within the Association since 1980.  Shirley was previously Assistant Vice President Operations until 2004 when she assumed the duties of Vice President Administration.  In May 2007 she was promoted to the Senior Management Team.

Del Peterson

 

 

                                                       

                                                       

                                                        Senior Vice President - has over 20 years experience with Farm Credit.  Del graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics in 1974, he spent thirteen years at a commercial bank before beginning his Farm Credit career in 1987.  Prior to coming to the East Central Oklahoma association in 1995, Del managed three Farm Credit offices in central Kansas. Currently he serves as Senior Vice President working with the Muskogee, Stillwater, Kingfisher and Pauls Valley branch offices.

John Sutterfield

 

 

                                                       

                                                        Senior Vice President - has over 29 years experience with Farm Credit.  John graduated from Oklahoma State University in May of 1978. Upon graduation, he began his Farm Credit career at the Stillwater branch office before transferring to Broken Arrow.  John has held several positions within the association and currently serves as Senior Vice President.  He supervises the Broken Arrow, McAlester, Durant and Vinita branch offices.

Bill Haney

 

 

                                                       

                                                        Vice President Finance – has over 10 years experience with Farm Credit.  Bill graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics/Accounting and a minor in Finance.  He began his Farm Credit career in 1996.  Bill has held several positions including Credit Officer, Loan Officer, and Technology Specialist until May 2007, when he assumed the duties of Vice President Finance.
